Work package 2.3. – Institucionalization

This set of activities was led by the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Guadalajara campus. It sought to materialize the incubation work through the definition of the physical spaces of the Climate Labs, an initial supply of technological equipment, and decisions on curricular integration and sustainability within the governance of each university.

Work package 2.2. – Incubation

The University of Lorraine proposed the incubation process, especially with the leadership of the Lorraine Fab Living Lab. This was with the accompaniment of the Pontifical University of Paraná. The objective was focused on identifying the challenges, the work team, the activities, and services to be provided within the Climate Labs, as well as evaluation criteria.

Work Package 2.1 Social Innovation and Climate Change Mapping

The approach to the Climate Labs requires considering the territory and the universities' own practices and capacities. For this reason, the first purpose of this work package (WP2.1) was to identify the main strengths of the participating universities in terms of social innovation, a nuclear element of the incoming Climate Labs.
